Quinoa Dishes

I know that quinoa is super healthy, but the real reason I love it so much is because it only takes 15 minutes to cook!  Yes, it is naturally gluten free, packed with protein, full of fiber, and loaded with great nutrients like calcium, magnesium and manganese.  But, again, did I mention… IT ONLY TAKES 15 MINUTES TO COOK!  (Hello, weeknight dinner!)
