Hummus

What a great dip for fresh veggies!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chick peas (1 hr in an Instant Pot if you’re cooking them yourself)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 salt

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
