Baked Apples

These are a wonderful treat on a chilly day!

Ingredients:

  • 6 apples
  • 2 tsp vegan butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp agave nectar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Peel and cut apples into quarters.
  3. Mix remaining topping ingredients together.
  4. Spread apples in a glass baking dish and sprinkle with the topping mix.
  5. Bake apples for 45 min. to an hour.
